Clinic Policies

Dear clients,

We kindly ask that you read through and adhere to our policies which ensure the smooth running of City Laser & Skin Clinic in Leicester. 

Our aim is to ensure that every client is delighted with the services that they receive. However, we recognise that on occasions things can go wrong. If this does happen we will try to put things right at the earliest opportunity. If you are not happy about the service that you have received, we will encourage you to attend a review consultation to discuss your concerns and to find a resolution.

Appointments & Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Failure to provide notice will incur a fee of £25.

Full-body treatments require 48 hours notice.

Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before the allocated treatment time. Failure to attend on time may result in a reduced treatment time, or the postponement of the appointment to a more convenient time.

Should we need to cancel or postpone the treatment session, we will endeavour to contact you in advance.

If you have been advised to prepare the areas being treated prior to the appointment, please follow our guidance.  Failure to prepare the areas may result in a reduced treatment time, postponement of the treatment, or additional fees being charged.

The additional fee for preparing small areas is £20 (or £30 for large areas.)

Treatment Policy

Since all practitioners are fully qualified to perform procedures, the same practitioner is not guaranteed through the entire treatment period.

All treatments as part of an agreed package must be completed within a 12 month period.

At the time of consultation, you will be advised of treatment suitability. Where results are unlikely to be successful, you will be informed.

Please provide us of any change in medical history since your initial consultation. City Laser & Skin Clinic will not be liable for any damage due to your failure to disclose such details.

City Laser & Skin Clinic will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) for any economic losses; special, consequential or indirect losses; loss of goodwill or reputation; arising out of, or in connection with, the provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

City Laser & Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend the above Policies at any time. Please review the Policies frequently.

Refund Policy

A full refund is applicable if a product purchased from City Laser & Skin Clinic in Leicester is returned with receipt.

Returned products must be unopened and in a saleable condition.

We offer a full refund policy on any treatment courses within 24 hours of purchase.

A refund is not applicable if your treatment has already been provided, or a course of treatments has commenced.

Refunds for treatments are not applicable to any promotions, offers or discounts.
